[Tempo = 130 BPM] This is another simple track, but I find it engaging and enjoyable. It's melodically pleasing and nuanced. It carries itself with a bounce and drive. The feel is kind of like an old school psy / progressive trance, except for not being written on hardware I guess. I have played this 'live' outdoors and seen friends emerging from the bushes to have a better listen. (Hey Skubes : )

"The whole world is an illusion. Whatever you see outside. The mountains, the lakes, the people whom you know. They're all illusions. Created by, the senses in the mind."

That sentiment is a about as dumb and useless and as it gets. It ranks lower than The Matrix samples, but oddly enough tries to convey a similar idea. Things are not what they seem, is a better way to put it. But they are more than they appear, not less. This particular voice sample I'm pretty sure was from Sadhguru, before I realised what a douche-bag he is. I'm not a fan of cults and religions.

Anyway. Thanks for listening to this album (if anybody actually does). It's hard to believe it has been 10 years in the making, spending most of that time sitting around on hard drives, collecting Digital Dust. Some of these tracks I think were uploaded to SoundCloud, but then taken down later to make room for newer music. So yeh, time flies. As it stands, I have been on an extended break from writing music for about 5 years, which has been very difficult for me, and still is. Getting some of this old material out there is a way for me to move forward to put out a long overdue release, all of which is important to me.

I have 16 other finished and mastered tracks from that era that I will probably upload as 'unreleased', due to them being a little sub-standard from a technical standpoint, and also given that album cover artwork is really time consuming and difficult to make well. Alex from Ektoplazm advises against releasing every track you've ever written as such, but rather to be selective and put in the effort and dedication towards making every release something special.

While uploading all finished work to YouTube, I will finish re-installing all of my VSTs and be able to go into my unfinished work and start completing things. Everything was written in FL Studio 10.0.2, and they are up to FL 20 now, so I have a lot of catching up and evolving to do.

There are about 50 projects that need work, some are just very basic ideas, others are very close to finished tracks. I feel stuck in so far as I have not done my duty and brought them into the world. There are many that are important for my own healing and well being, and I look forward to working on all of them, then sharing them with you.

Peace ☺
