Sometimes, we take the long way around. When saying nothing says it all. All sound comes from, and returns to; silence. Purging self destructive tendencies can take years. To heal one's self and create a life worth living. To accept responsibility and find balance within body & mind. Life is a journey after all.

After 5 years away from the studio, focusing on health and rebuilding my life, this release comes in order to kick start my return to music production. Seven tracks, with a total run time of one hour, were selected from material written a decade ago. They are a blend of work directly inspired by the cities & clubs, the oceans & rivers, and the forests & trees.
